Ferrari serves as Director of European Operations for Aimpoint Research. Ferrari began his market research career with some of the most important Automotive Market Research Agencies. He has significant experience serving the European market having held marketing research roles in Italy and Germany. Prior to joining Aimpoint Research in 2015, he owned and operated his own market research company.

Cealti has nearly 30 years of experience in market research. Building on his extensive market research expertise, he helps steer Aimpoint Research’s global research function. Throughout his career, Cealti has held positions with the Coca-Cola Company, Nestlé, McDonald’s, Symrise and leading research agencies, including IPSOS and Research International. He holds an M.S. summa cum laude in Business Management with a major in Statistics from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
