(COLUMBUS, OHIO) June 28, 2017 — Aimpoint Research, a global leader in the market research industry, continues to expand its global influence and service offerings with the addition of David Banks, VP, Global Strategy & Innovation and Enrico Demaria, Associate Director.

In his role, David will play a key part in bringing consistency and innovation to the suite of research and insight offerings provided by Aimpoint and will lead the business development effort for the food and beverage vertical.
David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Popular Culture from Bowling Green State University and an MBA in International Business and Marketing from the University of Dayton. He joins Aimpoint Research with over twenty years of marketing and sales experience and a strong track record in the food, beverage, flavor, fragrance and CPG marketplace. Banks had worked with Fortune 500 companies and global clients like Wal-Mart, Target, Costco, Coke, Nestle, Tyson, Bacardi, Clorox, MillerCoors, Starbucks, Kroger among others.
David brings a comprehensive marketing background to Aimpoint and has held numerous leadership roles across the consumer insight, market research and sensory arena’s creating proprietary tools and approaches used to develop short/long term strategy, new products, customer targeting and sales forecasting initiatives. He has led the business and strategic development of category, brand and consumer platforms in the food-service, retail, B2C and B2B environments and will be implementing many of these approaches across the Aimpoint portfolio.
In his role, Enrico will be joining the leadership team in the Milan, Italy office. He has over thirty years of research and consulting expertise where he has led business development activities for numerous multi-national clients. His background includes brand strategy, communication, new product/service development, digital marketing, customer experience management and developing customer intelligence solutions combining the voice of the customer into the customer journey.
Enrico holds a Political Science degree from the University of Turin with an emphasis in economics, sociology, research methodology and statistics. He joins the Aimpoint team from GPF, where he served as Managing Director; Kantar TNS, formerly Research International (WPP Group), where he served as the Business Development Director; and has held other strategic roles with NFO-Infratest Burke as Business Manager for the FMCG group and Ferrero in Trade Marketing.
During his career Enrico has worked in several industries: Food & Beverage (Unilever, Ferrero, Mars, Nestlè, Heineken, Lavazza); Finance (BNP Paribas, Unicredit, Intesa Sanpaolo, Axa, Generali), Utility (Enel, Edison, Telecom Italia), Trade (Coop, Conad, Leroy Merlin). He also developed and managed strategic partnership with Consultancy Company like Accenture, E&Y, SCS, combining research & marketing consulting.
