A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a former Army Intelligence Officer, President & CEO Brett Sciotto brings a practical, results-oriented approach to the civilian business world. His training in and emphasis on mission-critical information gathering and targeted research methodology make him unique in his approach to problem solving in a corporate environment. Sciotto’s disciplined, vetted approach to research is coupled with his military precision in detailed analysis and final presentation to his clients. With nearly two decades of research expertise, Brett has had tremendous success advising corporate leaders, government officials and state and national organizations at all levels.
VP, Global Business Support
As Vice President, Global Business Support, Brice Civiello leads a capable team of researchers, administrators, data visualizers and business development professionals who ensure Aimpoint provides unprecedented insight to their clients. He is at the forefront of helping the organization achieve its goals, facilitate strategic partnerships and adopt innovative new systems and technologies. For the past 10 years, Brice has worked with our diverse corporate, government, organizational and public affairs clients around the nation coordinating research and providing strategic insight and tools to ensure their planning, R&D, marketing and communications efforts are focused, timely and successful.
VP, Global Business Development
Marcello holds a B.A. in International Business from the Helsinki Business Polytechnic (Finland) and an MBA from the Strategies Business School (Italy). Marcello started his career in market research in 1999, working for several UK-based global agencies and serving as an in-country consultant from Italy. Two years later he started his own research consultancy business named Cielo Research, focusing on global projects, which he directed for more than 13 years before joining Aimpoint Research in 2014.
Marcello is a passionate Italian specializing in international project coordination and business development. As Vice President, Global Business Development, Marcello manages Aimpoint’s global expansion, through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, new product development and marketing activities. Marcello specializes in both qualitative and quantitative research to include branding, repositioning, new product launch, competitive analysis and trend tracking.
Director, European Operations
Alessandro began his Market Research career with some of the most important Automotive Market Research Agencies. Since owning and operating his successful Market Research Agency founded in 2005 Alessandro has became an Automotive Research expert. And after eight strong years of operation he packed it all up and went to Germany where he worked as a Market Research consultant. Shortly thereafter he joined Aimpoint Research as the director of Aimpoint Milan and is the Automotive Group Director.
Director of Research, ARC Columbus
As Director of Research John leads a talented team of Research Managers and Analysts designing and executing research across all industry verticals using a mix of methodologies to accurately, quickly and efficiently answer our clients business questions and provide unique insights. John has held research leadership positions on both the client and supplier side of the industry at Bank of America, Walmart, CapitalOne and Nielsen. He has extensive experience understanding and measuring consumer behavior, advertising & marketing effectiveness, customer satisfaction, pricing, market/customer segmentation, purchase drivers, brand equity and product development across several industries including financial services, retail, transportation, food, and advertising. Outside of the office John stays active as a soccer referee and with ballroom, Latin and swing dance.
Director of Visuals
A Graduate of Columbus College of Art & Design who studied multiple aspects of fundamental design, digital design, and print design for Branding, Marketing, and Advertising. While studying at CCAD he started offering independent design services that execute Brand + Identity Design, Marketing, Advertising, Photography, and Interior Design. After multiple freelance jobs and internships James worked at McGraw-Hill Education and expanded his experience as a designer in their Advertising and Marketing department developing a wide range of innovative print and digital materials for McGraw-Hill products, and national conferences.
James joined Aimpoint to advance the Brand + Identity of Aimpoint Research with his design expertise. He has rebranded Aimpoint thoroughly with environmental/ interior design, web design, identity design such as business cards and presentation templates, and through marketing and advertising. His design skills are applied to projects our Market Research Group manage with custom infographics and data visualization to make data universally understood.
Director of Marketing & Communications
As the Director of Marketing and Communications, Dr. Missy Graham leads all strategic and development aspects of Aimpoint’s global branding and marketing communication initiatives. An innovator and thought leader, Missy has over 20 years’ experience and has held senior level marketing positions in both the public and private sectors. Missy is also an educator and researcher and has a passion for helping companies connect with clients and position themselves to thrive in a competitive environment. Missy holds a doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in strategic communication from the University of Tennessee.
Associate Director, Financial Intelligence Group
Scott earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. He is a proud Ohioan who loves meeting with leaders from all fields and industries to satisfy his insatiable interests and desire to innovate. Prior to the launch of his finance career, Scott worked for the State of Ohio Legislature, American Strategies consulting firm, the Columbus Dispatch, and did consulting work through the Center for Entrepreneurship at The Ohio State University.
Scott was recently a Financial Services Analyst at the Fortune 100 company, Nationwide Insurance. He was also CEO of The Stafford Group where he developed many of his original models including the Latent Active Value detection model which identified buyout and shareholder activist targets before they were acquired at rich premiums. Scott has joined Aimpoint to contribute his expertise in financial analytics and entrepreneurship adding a strong hand in Aimpoint’s commitment to serve the Financial Industry.
Charlie Houk, a graduate of Denison University, is an experienced researcher that thrives in fast paced, team oriented environments. He is passionate about providing clients and leaders with insights that help improve businesses and organizations. Through his experiences at a liberal arts university, and his inquisitive nature, Charlie is able to service clients in many different industries including: retail, agriculture, healthcare, energy and finance. Charlie is passionate about innovation and is continuously seeking new ways to provide clients with an edge above their competitors. As a Research Manager, Charlie manages and works alongside a team of expert researchers and analysts focused on providing clients with unprecedented insight into the markets and customers that most impact their success.
Outside of the office, Charlie enjoys spending time with family, reading and exploring the outdoors. He is a native of Columbus, Ohio.
